Ranthambore this name evokes a spring of emotions in the mind of te visitor. This wild life national park is considered as a jewel in the tourism of India.This is a living legend and a living monument of life.One can understand it’s uniqueness simply by the fact that the park has been declared as a world heritage site by the unesco. Ranthambore has always been a natural habitat for the tigers and as per the details available there was a very big population of tigers always lived here. Ranthambore was the favorite hunting ground  of the Maharajas of Jaipur.Even during British period the English royalty visited the place in big number.Around 130kms from jaipur the Ranthambore wild life sanctuary offers the jungle life in abundance. The visitors can see the tigers, leopards, hyena, Deer, sambar, chital Neelgai jackals . wild cats and wild boars.Bears can be spotted here and there the majestic chinkaras are found in abundance. Not far from Delhi, Jaipur and Agra this is easily reached place and people come here in big numbers.The place is also known for it’s glorious past and the indomitable brave king Hamir Dev of chauhan Dynasty. IN the fort premises is the  famous temple of lord Ganesh ji equally known as The temple of Lord Garh ranath Banvar ji. As per the tradition the wedding invitations are sent to the temple for the successful completion of the marriage functions and for smooth continuation of married life. A visit the the national park is very educative for all age groups and must be visited once.
